A One Page (sometimes called One Step) Checkout implementation on eCommerce websites reduces the number of steps in conversion. It shortens the funnel, increases conversion and reduces cart abandonment. When we replace standard checkout with OPC, we loose functionality to save abandoned carts as prospects. These prospects can be 'incentivized' later to complete transaction. It is recommended to implement save prospect on minimum data entered in tandem with One Page Checkout. A step further is to allow users who are interacting with your website to share a page/post/product on their network by posting it on their timeline or enable them to tweet it. If your site has my account, we recommend enabling login/registration using social network accounts. Lastly, it is even bigger statement for enabling users to share a transaction/purchase they recently made by enabling sharing feature 'Thank you' page.
