About The Project
In order to save customers time and provide all relevant information within a second we created an interactive ChatBot for our client. Acting as an intellectual assistant, ChatBot caters to users with a personified experience maintaining smart and logical interaction. We also integrated it with Helpdesk, so that it was easy to submit tickets to the support service in case you didn’t get a satisfying answer from the Chat Bot itself.
